The staff was really friendly and helpful. The only thing is I put ski experienced for my son. Turns out his ski was too loose. He is actually considered as ski expert (or advanced as the system said?) according to his ski coach. How would I know what to input in the system when I book it. So I wish the staff had asked my son how’s his ski experience is before they decide the ski binding for him. So always measure the feet and asks for the ski experience before deciding what to give to the customers face to face rather than relying on the data input in the system.
