Overall excellent service. I do want to point out that the reservation system via web seems to have a small bug. When a child that has been registered from previous years turns 12 and is over 140cm, there is no bike available. The child bikes say that they are for under 140cm. We had to create a new profile, claiming his age to be 13 so that he could rent as a youth.

Friendly and resourceful staff

I rented an electric bike with a dog trailer, and everything went very well. The equipment was excellent, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Great location for ski lift, can leave skis and boots over night so no carrying around to do. but there is a small fee for this. There was aloways soneone waiting at the front door to take your skis after a long day. Great Service and will use them again.

Vor Ort hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Leider habe ich nicht verstanden, wie ich die Daten meiner Kinder im Vorfeld online anpassen kann (v.a. Alter, Größe, Gewicht, Können). So wurden die Ski leider auf die Datenbasis von 2024 vorbereitet. Das scheint mir im Kundenkonto nicht optimal gelöst, da ich es bis heute nicht verstanden habe. Gerne erhalte ich eine Info über das richtige Vorgehen. Besten Dank.
