Who we are and what defines us
At Skiservice Corvatsch, in a typical winter, we tally a staff of up to 100 people. Our team is a happy mix of Swiss and nationals from many other countries, from apprentices to semi-retired pensioners, from freeride skiers, cross-country aces, downhill bikers, trail runners to working mums, fashion buffs and cooking enthusiasts. We mirror the variety of sports and walks of life in the valley that we call home. On 365 days a year, we live and breathe the joy of an active, alpine lifestyle in the Engadine.

Getting ahead in a sports specialist career
Skiservice Corvatsch is a member of the Premium Sports Group (PSG), an alliance of Switzerland's top sports goods retailers. One of its shared goals is to foster the transfer of know-how between the partners. With the PSG Campus, it has created a unique advanced training platform that challenges, advances, inspires, and supports our staff.

Thirty reputed sports entrepreneurs lecture at the PSG Campus. Their first-hand experience and knowledge will benefit apprentices, temps and rookie salespeople equally. Best Practices in purchasing, sales, and leadership are core elements of the curriculum. Our experts will impart their know-how, paint the broader picture and share their expertise.
Apprentices' courses
Our young talents module
Training sessions specially conceived for apprentices will help them prepare for their exams and provide additional practical knowledge. Be it sales psychology savvy, know-how on ski and winter sports or expertise in sports and fashion wear, what we teach can be put into practice and encourages our young talents to excel.
Entrepreneurs on the move
The exchange programme within our network
Our programme «entrepreneurs on the move» pivots around networking and learning at the top-management level. Selected members of the Premium Sports Group will trade their expertise on-site at each other's businesses. Learning from each other, generating momentum, and developing new ideas together are the centrepieces of this exchange programme of the top echelon.
