Überaus freundlicher Service in dem schönen Shop im Hotel Rosatsch. Wir konnten die Skistiefel und auch das Skimodell problemlos einmal während der Leihfrist tauschen. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde geduldig eingegangen. Wir konnten auch einen sehr guten Skihelm käuflich erwerben.

I rented skis for three days and paid in advance for all three days. On the morning of the third day, I returned the skis because the weather was bad. The shop refunded me for the third day. That was very kind.
